1| All new Kindred to the city are fully responsible for presenting themselves to the Prince's Seneschal in a timely fashion after arriving in the city.

2| Unpresented Kindred may NOT feed in the Prince's domain, unless Kindred feed off of their own personal ghouls. Feeding off of animals in the Prince's domain is not allowed until the new Kindred is presented.

3| Diablerie is outlawed unless personally condoned by the Prince.

4| Destruction of Havens or any personal property (including ghouls) of other Kindred is prohibited, unless condoned by the Prince.

5| Bloodhunts can only be called by the Prince and participation of all city Kindred is expected.

6| The last Friday of every month a fete will be held for the Prince's honor at Warehouse 11 Port of Los Angeles. Attendance is expected of Primogen, Seneschal, Harpy, Sherriff, Priscii, and Hounds. Other Kindred are welcome.

7| All Kindred are expected to bring the Prince a gift whenever they meet with him.

8| Never refer to the Prince as Your Majesty.

 

9| No childer may be sired without the permission of the Prince.
